Ben Attfield

Vinna was established in 2025, but the experience behind it has been accumulating for over two decades. Ben's career in construction began with 17 years working with leading national building materials merchants — giving him an unusually detailed understanding of material supply chains, product quality, and cost management that most building companies simply don't have.
That was followed by five years working directly in quantity surveying, procurement, and project management — roles that sharpened his ability to plan, price, and deliver complex projects with precision. It is this combination — deep technical knowledge of materials, strong commercial discipline, and genuine hands-on project management experience — that makes Vinna different.
Ben established Vinna to build a company that operates the way he would want a contractor to operate: transparently, professionally, and with genuine care for the outcome. Every project is personally overseen by Ben, with day-to-day site management in the capable hands of the building manager — ensuring nothing falls through the gaps between the office and the tools.
